Class Announcements BECAUSE OF WINN DIXIEThe most recent novel we are reading is Because of Winn Dixie By Kate Dicamillo.
This story is heartwarming and it is a very good work of realistic fiction for the 5th grade to read. It is loaded with symbolism and teaches some very good lessons about life including fear, forgiveness, friendship, and the importance of family. RECYCLE YOUR COMPUTER INK CARTRIDGES WITH USTHIS YEAR PLEASE RECYCLE YOUR PAPER, YOUR INK CARTRIDGES AND YOUR CELL PHONES WITH HTES. THE STUDENT COUNCIL AND THE 8TH GRADE WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR WEEKEND NEWSPAPERS, YOUR DISCARDED INK CARTRIDGES, AND YOUR OLD CELL PHONES.
WE CANNOT TAKE TONER CARTRIDGES NOR CAN WE TAKE YOUR CELL PHONE CHARGERS. WE PREFER NOT TO TAKE YOUR CARDBOARD AS IT HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY THE RECYCLE COMPANY TO AVOID CARDBOARD AS STATED ON THE RECYCLING CONTAINER. THANK YOU FOR RECYCLING WITH US. REMEMBER TO REUSE, RECYCLE, RENEW! |
